If you could possibly help me with something business related…
I’m a fire element, and my business logo has a small amount of green, and the backgrounf has a bit of a gradient from black to dark gray. The text is white. I’d like to know if this would affect me personally, or if it would be ok, as the nature of the business is an earth element.

I would say that your business will be fine after a little bit of a rocky start.
fengshui has nothing to do with logos or the number on the house you are living, it’s not even about colors in your business card, not about colors in your house, not about plate numbers.
if you are fire element, then you must know that your good locations are north, south, east and southeast. knowing this, you should know that it is best that your main front door faces any of these directions (with you inside the house facing the main front door, looking out).
then you also must locate the bedroom, living area, dining and other living rooms except the kitchen in these good locations in relation to the center of the house (not room!). the kitchen, toilet, and storage room must be placed at the locations which are bad for you.
this is 8 mansions technique. just one of the many theories in fengshui. this is more effective than the one you are talking about. bec with technique, you face your house literally to make your house absorb the energy that is goodfor your life – increasing your wealth and life energy. if you just depend on designing your business card, i can’t get what effects it will have on your life.
